What I think is happening re: DNC lawsuit:
DNC is nearly bankrupt, but their lawyers are expensive and need work or opportunity to sue.
Likely they are hoping to sue for damages while restricting the case to a few causes of action.
But Trump Camp can countersue and blow it wide open.
As Q says “These people are stupid”. I am beginning to believe him/her.

Comment on DNC "lawsuit": DNC already has a moribund publicity lawsuit which the press has became bored of--hence the need to refile it as a "new" suit before mid-terms. As an accurate publisher of newsworthy information @WikiLeaks is constitutionally protected from such suits.

According to WikiLeaks the DNC has a previous lawsuit. Any information when it was filed and what it contained?
Here’s a legal question - if the DNC servers were tied up as evidence in a civil case such as the this suit against Trump & Russia, would they then be unavailable for use in other court action? Could they tie them up to protect someone else, say someone that is a defendant in a criminal case?
There was a drop about Pruitt a couple of days ago.

Remember the BP oil spill? $20B. That was the start for Obama. They target a company, fine them, and take the fines and funnel them to liberal front groups. VW has been a real sucker of late. The CAFE standards thing was set up so NO COMPANY could meet the standard. Thus, all get fined. All that money goes to the front groups.
Sierra Club - they stall developers, force them to sell for a fraction of what they bought land for, then turn around and sell it to their developers and use it to fund it.
It’s a confiscation front.
There’s an entire economy tied to the cabal.
Then our side should hire them and keep them busy going after the RATs.
