I really, really, really hope that doesn't mean it will take a world war for the EU as a legal entity to finally be put to rest.

I take it to mean that the Deep State that Trump is exposing will be seen to extend world wide. The fallout from revealing the truth will bring down evil in Europe as well as the US. JMO.
