I don’t think it’s so funny for poor Zach and any other Starbucks employees who have to take this abuse.

I agree. I feel sorry for this guy, just working & trying to pay the bills. No working person should be hounded & harassed at work.
The CEO should be sued by his employees for providing a non safe work environment. You just know the barista is fantasizing about jumping over the counter and beating bullhorn boy.
