Perhaps "adorned" was the word Ms. Tinubu intended?

How about her editor that didn't catch mis-verbing?

How do you ‘don’ a magazine cover?

Wear it like a hat?

Our First Lady, Melania Trump, is photogenic, beautiful, intelligent, and gracious. I would list Melania number 1, with Jacqueline Kennedy, second. And all other First Ladies third.

Only spiteful and foolish magazine editors would pass on the opportunity to feature a certain top seller!

I. Do. Not. Care.

I did not vote for Melania. I wish her well, and want the press to treat her respectfully, but I have never cared about any First Lady in the socio-political sense.

This is a Republic, not a Kingdom.

When Melania runs for office, and wins, then I will care.

I doubt that a lot of these little concerns even have editors/proof-readers.

(I’ve never heard of ‘TV Cheat Sheet’ before...)

When someone is beautiful both inside and out as Melania is, she doesn't have to expose herself to the tabloids and garbage press just waiting to disparage her. She knows who she is and doesn't need to flaunt it to the peons.

I think what has struck me most is that for someone who made her early living as a model, which many of us might see as frivolous, she has a decided ‘gravitas’; she bears herself as someone who transcends petty stuff. (Perhaps spending early life under Communism will do that to ya.)

The ‘fashionable world’, largely leftist, doesn’t like her on the principle of her husband’s politics. But the frivolous can’t understand her, either.

“Dems white bitches” just echoes in her head.

So, you have no understanding or respect for the sheer power of the TONE that a First Lady can potentially create and encourage, simply by the way that she conducts herself?

Do you think that this has no influence whatever upon our national culture and atmosphere?

If so, you have a very limited understanding of the power and influence of the Feminine Principle in just about every area of life ;-)

Is this a 'donned' magazine cover?

this oxymoron made it through a writer’s proofread, a copy person and an editor.

And the mystery is what, exactly?

I think you’re right. There are 7 other egregious errors.

Hey Cheat Sheet, need a proofreader? Freepmail me.

Hint: It’s because her husband has an R next to his name.
