I know there are rumors that Post had an affair with Hilly Clinton of all people, but she’s been married to the same guy for 36 years and has two kids with him.
It was right after my wife passed away so I remember the time frame because I kept the tv on for background noise.
It was some show about people coming out and she was saying that the social acceptance of homosexuality today made it easier for someone like her to finally admit her sexuality.
As for being married long-term she wouldn’t be the first. And being a lesbian wouldn’t keep her from having kids.
For most of her career being tagged as homosexual was a career killer, even after Rock Hudson died in 1985.
