Good luck with getting any such law passed. Till then this decision means more cases filed to use an excuse to stop deportation ie a LOOP HOLE that should have been closed.

I’ll stick with Thomas and the rest of the more conservative justices. If the law as written was good enough for Thomas and the other 3, it’s good enough for me.
In addition the FBI clearly defines burglary as a violent crime.

I disagree with the liberals that Gorsuch sided with. That’s the bottom line.

You are free to take the liberal position all you want, and
side against Thomas and the other conservatives. That’s fine. You are allowed.

You go ahead and stick with Gorsuch and the liberals. Meanwhile it just got harder to deport this 2 time burglar and any others until the law gets changed - don’t hold your breath. Chances of a revision-slim to none.

I would have been just as happy, if not happier actually, if the Thomas side had won.

I can see the logic of the Gorusch side.

I am not “taking the liberal side”. Jeez.

Slim to none chances of a better law? I heartily disagree. So many R and D congressvermin are not only not running for re-election but stepping down to “spend more time with their families” that we are going to see a MUCH better House at the very least after November, I am 100% sure.
