You buy "Definitly Confirmed" but not "Bout Damn Time?"

Q defined both “definitely confirmed" and "BDT" himself. . . Saying nothing about no "’Bout Damn Time" and one thing I’ve learn’d, Q don’ go ‘round droppin’ no vow’ls. So there! ;^)

If he wanted to say "About Damn Time” he’d a confounded us with it by Acronyming and confusing it with a damn Alarm Company!
