BDT is speculated (not by me, I'm just scribe here) to be a Bangladesh currency manipluation or event. DEFCON perhaps a reference to the Hawaii incoming missile alert. Check the Lexicon. Q has used it before. It’s BULK DATA TRANSFER, moving large amounts of data very quickly.
