Not a big NBA fan but followed "The Process". Looks like San Hinkie's vision is paying off. He understood what the NBA is all about; need 2 or more A+ players to compete for a championship. He has assembled such a team and I hope they make a run to the championship. Too bad it appears Mr. Hinkie has been black balled since the NBA office forced him out. If I was a mediocre team, look at you NY Knicks, I would hire this guy in a heart beat.

It appears MLB is adopting their own version of “The Process.” The off season free agency market was more like a flea market. Teams saw what the Astros did tanking several seasons to accumulate top draft picks paying off with a World Series win.
