Idiot who wrote this never been confined to bed or wheelchair from disease/disability. If you keep your mind sharp with copious reading, and stay away from mind ruining drugs you will stay sharp. Nearly 70, I read a dozens of articles or more a day, and do research, I’ve been recliner bound for the past 5 yrs due to advanced spine degeneration and Neuropathy. Walking is painful and very short no treatment, no cure.
Good for you——the kids that write these articles don’t have a clue about real life,not a clue.
