I need to get started on the raised beds too. However, the ones with wheat, rye, and garlic likely will not be ready to harvest till June. So I don’t have a lot of space left for anything.

I have LOTS of wheatberries from Emergency Essentials that went rancid - I’ll NEVER buy from them again. They were less than helpful when I told them about it too...
Anyway, they do sprout so we figured we would broadcast them in the pasture one year. When is the time to do that, for a spring/early crop?
