Not arguing with you. Just pointing out the hypocrisy of the judicial system and warning that court proceedings in a liberal courtroom might have little connection to justice.
That's a great point, and it would be typical for the judges flip flop their usual deference. Courts are outcome-oriented operations. Outcome first, pick rules to make that happen second.
