I think a very small percent hate the president. I would have felt disgusting and slimey to follow BHO, and I figure most people feel the same way, so only his supports are likely to follow Trump (or BHO).
Doubtful. Check his mentions. A lot of them follow just to attack him. The number is not a small percentage.
