Bastardi says the conditions are similar to 1962.
At 4:58 on Weatherbell.com he gives the reasons for it.
We will go from exceptional cold as in previous years(1962)
to suddenly summer.
Change will occur at the end of April (25 -30 days out), and not until.
Plan accordingly !
