Meeting w/ISIS leaders appears to have been in a "safe house" in Idlib, Syria (where another chem attack occurred in Feb this year). Was Blackwater the "special contractor" there w/Songbird? Did they deliver chem weapons? Smiles = Cindy McCain's Operation Smile charity?
