The more interesting part of this 2009 Executive Order, to me anyway, is Part 4 "Safeguarding", which appears to place the Hilldog in direct jeopardy. I can't tell if this EO is still in effect or has been rescinded by POTUS 45.
The EO needs a lot more study, but the salient parts in the Q-dump context are:
3.5c = (c) Agencies conducting a mandatory review for declassification shall declassify information that no longer meets the standards for classification under this order. They shall release this information unless withholding is otherwise authorized and warranted under applicable law. This could either mean 25 year old info needs to be released, if possible, or, it may mean certain data is "sealed" for 25 years, or, I don't understand the significance quite yet.
3.3 b-1 (b) An agency head may exempt from automatic declassification under paragraph (a) of this section specific information, the release of which should clearly and demonstrably be expected to:
(1) reveal the identity of a confidential human source, a human intelligence source, a relationship with an intelligence or security service of a foreign government or international organization, or a nonhuman intelligence source; or impair the effectiveness of an intelligence method currently in use, available for use, or under development; This could mean Hilldog and others are in clear violation of this EO and justice is coming....and soon. Again, this all needs further research.

Makes sense to me. Whoever/whatever did it (if it is real which apparently it is), wants to embroil the US in Syria, and right after Trump emphatically stated the the US was going to pull out.
Pentagon spokesman Christopher Sherwood said in a second phone call that the strikes in Syria this evening were unrelated to any military activity by any member of the international coalition within Syrian territory.

I'm a simple man and I think simply. Here are possible Dershowitz motives for his interactions with these two scumbags.
Epstein: Dershowitz is a physically ugly and weak man. A nerd, and has been all his life. Without fame and fortune, he would have no chance at sex or a relationship with a beautiful woman. People like him are social climbers and they will attach themselves to anybody that will facilitate their social status and access to power, money, and women.
He, and people like him, are perfect targets for the Espteins of the world. Epstein himself is not power. He is access to power. A facilitator. And once Dershowitz was compromised by Epstein related activities, he became controlled and owned by the real powers.
Lynn Rothschild. Chicken or the egg. Did Rothstein use Epstien to control Dershowitz or did he come to her attention once he was an Epstein property. It depends on how useful Rothschild thought Dershowitz could be to the cause. I think he has been very useful to them. He helps shape opinion by pretending to support conservative causes.

People's motives are really very simple when you stop and think about it. Money, Power, Fame, Sex. Not necessarily in that order.

Vital to breathe steam. Steam inhalations - boiling water, big bowl, breathe it in, towel on head can be done, and drops of eucalyptus oil make it even better. Breaks up crap in lungs and opens bronchial passages. Can be done a few times a day, have tissue paper (we use toilet paper...) to cough crap into because you will cough/hack/blow out stuff.
Oh, and drink hot drinks, cold drinks congeal the congestion and make it harder to get rid of. Hot spicy things like lemon juice, honey, boiling water, and any hot spices you want.
