Its Al Pacino in the final scenes of The Devils Advocate which, IMO is one of the best movies ever to deal with the subject of temptation and Satan.
The sculpture at that point is frozen depicting ethereal beautiful people then when he is railing against God at one point it swirls into motion and they are revealed as trapped souls of the damned.
