Pres having dinner out tonight in DC with supporters. Not a fundraiser, says WH, but no press coverage.

Dinner uncloaked (a little): @LWalters45 tells press pool that Pres having dinner with @GOPLeader and supporters in a private space with in the City Center complex.

On Thursday, Pres Trump travels to West Virginia for another event to spotlight worker pay raises and bonuses for which he says his tax cuts deserve the credit. Will be his 4th visit as pres to WV, a state he won by a landslide in 2016 pres election.

Never hurts to make your Secret Service detail happy. Pres signs bill lifting cap on basic and premium overtime pay for Secret Service engaged in protective services. Applies to 2017 and 2018. Pres gives signing pen to Secret Service Dir Randolph 'Tex' Alles.

Pretty sure that WV has some protective bunkers. Greenbriar does or used to have them. Perhaps he wants to be near a bunker in case the SHTF.

Or maybe the travel is a feint. Or a pretext for some other activity. Or ....?
