So a 78 year old goes into his house and finds two 30-something year old burglars. The burglars are armed and struggle with the 78 year old. The 78 year old wins the struggle, killing one of the burglars. And the police hold and seriously consider charging the 78 year old with murder. That is insanity that goes beyond even what you might find in Stalin’s Russia or Hitler’s Germany.
Old men are not allowed to return any of the ultraviolence back to Alex and his droogs.

said police were required to arrest the pensioner in order to investigate whether he had acted in self defence.
But he said he would be “amazed” if he was prosecuted over the death.
“The law says that a person can use reasonable force when defending himself, his family or property.
If the intruder is running away the threat has diminished but if that person stays where they are that’s an assault
