The link provided was not a video, but actually a psychologist’s white paper on Monarch program.
The warning, was just a warning.
The material being discussed in the links, is some that I had deduced from readings over the years.
Some that I had never considered, and some that defies description.
Why I believe in God and Satan.
Also why I believe in Angels and minions.

When I was in school I briefly considered going into psychology, but my life took a different path. I have however maintained an interest in the field. My specific interest has been why some people become deviants and some do not.

It is not something someone should research if they are faint of heart.
Very dark and disturbing field.

I am careful when researching these areas.

I remarked to another poster couple months back that I ran across an interesting article, but when I went to read the article. I had intense feeling of dread, as in do not go there. I set aside for later read.

Couple years later I remember the article in question, went to read and did not have the feelings of dread. Could be as NIKK indicated spirits/Angels speaking to me on subliminal level, that earlier I was not ready, but now I was.

Have had similar experiences when out hiking.
When I was younger I dismissed as fight/flight response to unconscious or subliminal perception in surroundings. As I get older I heed to primitive part of my brain, or the spirit or Angels looking out for me. (NIKK no insult is intended to spirits)

As to subliminal messages in videos. BO used a method of speaking - had 3 letter acronym which at moment I do not recall.

I could never listen to him speak, it was worse than nails on chalk board.
I coulld read his speeches but to listen to him was mentally and physically painful.

So I started reading the pols speeches.

Then came President Trump- I can listen to speeches again, but will still look for text online, so I can check that I heard the whole speech.

I had not realized the link in question was not a video, but wanted to raise the caution flag “just in case!” Never hurts to be cautious. I would not knowingly tell anyone what to do.... but just be careful! We really are dealing with Principalities and Powers.... as I am gathering now that you are entirely - and many here - are aware of.

I am like you, Nailbiter. I COULD NOT listen to Hussein for more than just a few seconds - same with Hillary. You described it very well.
