Hint: It wasn’t a tennis court a few years earlier. Use GE time machine and go look at the older pics. Earth moving equipment digging large holes. Then ground covered with white powder. Then shapes like you can find on the grounds of Vatican City. Then it became a tennis court.
Are you saying it’s camouflage smoky? That’s what I’ve been thinking.... but have no idea what the specific structures would be.
