Yeh. There is such a thing as the Russian Mob. A question is whether Putin is part of it. He seems like he might not be on board the NWO train. He’s for sure 100% for Russia and himself.
Sometimes you find that your very best friends (in extremely bad fights) are simply folks who don’t give a rip about you but have exactly the same enemies.
