I'm not. All this happened well over a year ago and we knew about it then. Only now after there are demands for a Independent SC does sessions appoint a obumber hold over to look into it. This is nothing more then a stall tactic so meuller has more time to build a case against Trump, his family and anyone that dared to support him. sessions is compromised.

The problem is Huber works for Rosenstein who is up to his neck in all this.

‘Huber works for Rosenstein’
If this is true, then Sessions’ announcement is a travesty. Sessions has turned out to be worse than Chuck Schumer.

Sessions is an unindicted co-conspirator of RosenWeasel’s.

While Huber's normal chain of command has him under Rosenstein, for THIS assigment, Rosenstein has been cut entirely out of the loop.

U r encouraged about another Obama appointee who works
under the DOJ and probably directly under Rosenweasel.
So how is this appointee going to investigate the man he works under?

It shouldn't be too hard to imagine what's wrong with that setup.

Yep. I'd love to hear all the Sessions fan boys and girls 'splain to us how this is actually a good thing.

Huber mostly likely has been on the case since well into last year. Bruce Ohr and Bill Preistap were quoted in the Nunes 4-Page memo by who? Not Congress who have yet to interview them and those obama holdovers wouldnt have voluntarily offered the information they gave in the memos unless they were compeled to by a prosecutor. Those texts messages that Strozk and Page came up missing, after they were found by the IG, he didnt turned them over to Congress who wanted them but back to DOJ....one would immediately finger that being a cover up; however if theres some illegalities going on with names in there being investigated the prosecutor then that makes common sense. I just think its too much to just cover up the cover up.....somebody has been leaking this stuff on the obama holdovers for awhile and that has to come from the DOJ and FBI

Thats good that Huber reports to Sessions instead of Rosenstein, but who does Horowitz report to, if Sessions recused himself from the Clinton email/fbi spying investigation when the spying part was under the Russian pretense?

He really is. If Sessions has appointed another Rosenstein flunky to do an, ‘investigation,’ then the most charitable thing to be said is that he’s possibly going senile. Otherwise, you hit the nail on the head.

Imagination is effectively unlimited.
Rosenstein would be wise (not that he is) to tread carefully against Sessions' interests, special assignees, and projects. He reports to Sessions.

I don’t care if the ghost of Ronald Reagan recommended him. Fact is, he still reports to Rosenstein — and that’s a BIG problem.

You are correct. Huber reprets directly to Sessions.
