It shouldn't be too hard to imagine what's wrong with that setup.

Thats good that Huber reports to Sessions instead of Rosenstein, but who does Horowitz report to, if Sessions recused himself from the Clinton email/fbi spying investigation when the spying part was under the Russian pretense?
