Pope Francis says there is no hell. Shortly thereafter chunks of plaster fall from the ceiling of St Peter's Basilica. Quite the coincidence. It sounds like a scene straight out of a movie.

I haven’t kept up on Vatican Constitutional Civics. I’m wondering if there’s an equivalent to our 25th Amendment. If so, the Cardinals could all get together and by majority vote declare Francis to be incompetent, disabled, or otherwise just delusional...and no longer amusing.

When Jesus died, the curtain ripped as God’s way of saying that not only “priests” had access to the Ark of the Covenant and I would assume to herald the ending of the Old Covenant - perhaps He is sending a message that this “Pope” has no special standing/privilege above any of God’s children...
