This is every ATM customers worst nightmare
Harrowing bank surveillance footage shows the moment a teen murder suspect approached an unwitting ATM customer from behind seconds before the bloodied victim collapsed in a parking lot.
The footage shows Marcine Bernard Hill, 17, calmly approaching an ATM in North Miami Beach in November. Clad in a black Ecko jacket emblazoned with the words Kill Batman, Hill saunters up behind victim Dillon Bud Calvin Steve, who turns around to notice Hill at the last moment.
Steve, 26, quickly glances at his mothers van in the parking lot before dropping the cash and lunging at Hill. Hes then seen grasping his chest while staggering toward the van before collapsing. He later died at a hospital.
The Miami Herald reports that the footage was released by the Miami-Dade State Attorneys Office as a grand jury indicted Hill earlier this month on charges of first-degree murder and armed robbery.

Oh, my, is that really him? I thought it was photoshopped!
“””His criminal career, according to records obtained from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, began in 2011, when Hill, who is now 17, was picked up by Miami-Dade police on petit(sic) larceny charges.
As he got older, the charges got more serious, the records show. Four times beginning when he was 13, Hill was arrested and charged with strong-armed robbery. There were two grand theft charges, and once he was arrested for illegally carrying a concealed weapon.”””
How does this not fall under the “three Strikes” law
Agreed. Our local Ralph's has an ATM inside the well-lit market, or you can buy something and get cash back.
Did you see what Screwtube did to the original video? They issued a warning and removed the comments. I have never ever ever seen that done to any video on Youtube, not even actual videos of Hitler and the holocaust...

According to Liz Warren every ATM customer’s worst nightmare is that three dollar fee.
Right. I go to Walmart and buy a candy bar or something cheap that I need. Beats the ATM fee and is safer.
You still have to walk across a parking lot to get to your car.
How is a drive thru ATM more dangerous if you're sitting in your locked car with the engine running and your drivers side door is inaccessible due to being next to the ATM?
