IIRC, zer0 didn’t have those judgeships filled because the Rs blocked his nominations/confirmations.
So, our Donald just delivered two zings. One to zer0 and another, more covert, to the Rs: he isn’t going to give them public credit until they get off their DDBs* and help him with the remainder of the agenda or until he can replace them with conservatives who want to MAGA.

I think that is a distinct possibility, reformed liberal. In addition, it is worth noting that “She was not supposed to lose.”
That means that possibly the complicit R globalists were reserving the judgeships for Her Worship. That was the reasoning we came up with regarding Obama’s Supreme nomination.
