Libertarians tend to be pro-immigrant and pro-open borders, and also more tolerant of gays, porn, and drugs.
The New York Sun was (is?) a libertarian paper and one of the editors threw the Fabiani Society into shock one evening by saying they were pro-immigrant.
They always stress that they are accepting of all views except those curtailing liberty. Hard to hold a party together when that’s your credo but you kind of have to be that way otherwise what’s the point.
I left the libertarian party because of open borders, abortion and nonpreemptive stress I long ago advocated we do a regime change in Iran and leave saddam to keep his people in line by raping and touring them.
The “tolerance” for gays and such is not tolerance. you can abhor it and call it an abomination. They just believe in freedom and that includes people you can’t stand.
