Earlier (last Q-thread?) I saw a map of the border wall project that was compiled by the USACoE; that means they were working on it previously.
When the CR money ran out, they had to stop: Red_Castle.
Today, the Omnibus funds them again and they can know pick up where they left off: Green_Castle.
Just floatin’ chaff.

That needs to get out on a few of the main forum threads.
Oh, and by “...working on it...” I meant paper administration work (directing contractors, executing purchase orders, etc.)
