Heres a question. I never saw Donalds reality shows. I get that hes a dramatic personality with the ability to project, charisma, etc.
Can he act? Was he skilled at _seeming_ to telegraph one emotion (acceptance, for instance)and then turning around and evidencing the exact opposite? If so, was he using his anger today to pull a fast one on the cabal? Im sure the anger was real, but actors use real emotions as a creative tool to portray whatever is necessary for the role.

I never watched those shows either, so I am not able to answer that question. I hope others here can provide their analyses on that!
I was a big fan of The Apprentice, especially the first 3 seasons. DJT did not actually spend a lot of time on camera in each episode. He would divide them into groups and give the challenge to the participants, then they would do the challenge for most of the show. Then at the end all would appear in ‘The Boardroom’ and it would be determined which group won and which lost. Winners were sent away and the leader of the loser group had to defend and also make a recommendation as to who should be ‘fired’. Lots of drama (tv) but I liked to listen to DJT’S analysis and how he cut through the contestants’ bs. Sometimes it was unorthodox. Sometimes the obvious point of failure (read: Omarosa) would be targeted by the contestants for firing but DJT wouldn’t fire her because he would point out some failure on the part of the leader to ‘manage’ her. I always thought that part was bs tv upping the tension. While I liked watching the show I don’t think it gave true insight into how DJT works. If you want to know that, read “Art of the Deal”. Hope that helps.
