Presidents are shielded while in office.

Tell Bill Clinton that.

What prof does she have. Is it just she said, he said?

It's defamation so I would assume she has Trump quotes from somewhere.

Should ask SCOTUS for immediate, expedited review as national security is at stake.

How so?

We will see how quickly this little judge is struck down on appeal.

Another jurist making up laws from their small little corner of the world. Will be denied on appeal, established and settled law on this going way, way back. These judges should all be censured and removed when they do dumb crap like this.

We have 3 gold diggers here each claiming Trump was so debouched by his marriage to Melania he took up with each of them two at a time. Trump may not be a paragon of virtue. Neither is he an idiot.

this is the bimbo who claimed she went to Trump’s hotel room, he hugged her hello, she freaked out but stayed, and then got mad that he wouldn’t take her to dinner and offered her half a ham sandwich instead, which she ate while begging for money, which he didn’t give her.

Noone is above the law?

Except for the “politically correct” like 20 million illegal alien invaders and liberal politicians like Hillary Clinton.

SCOTUS - unanimously, said different in Clinton v. Jones. So what is the distinction between that and Pres. Trump ?

There are lots of them, but I'll stick to the main one. The Breyer opinion is, surprise, bad law, but it makes the clear point that it's premised on the federal courts being a co-equal branch of government and that its proceedings can thus impinge on executive functions. A state court might be able to make a similar argument on the basis of federalism, but the Jones v. Clinton case makes it very clear that the decision does not directly apply to state courts. Also, this case against Trump is clearly frivolous, as it's not sexual assault or harassment that's being alleged, but defamation, ie, Trump said something mean about me and it hurt my "reputation." If defamation suits against a sitting president are allowed to be tried in state courts, you're going to get thousands of these suits filed every time Trump, or any other president, sends out a mean tweet. It will make governing impossible.

“It is settled...

Typical leftism language applied to all leftist arguments shutting down everything that dissents. We should NEVER accept the leftist premise on anything.

“No one is above the law,” Justice Jennifer Schecter wrote in the 19-page decision released Tuesday.

Trump's attorney should ask the judge if she voted for Hillary Clinton. If she truly believes nobody is above the law, she should recuse herself on that answer alone.

Trump doesn’t strike me as the hot dog down a hallway type.

I’m not buying any of that sea wrap.

2007 was eleven years ago. What was she waiting for?

She was waiting for Trump to give her a job. There is evidence that she was eagerly willing to help Trump's campaign and get paid for doing business with him. Then when he turned her down, she now comes up with this harassment story.

It's true she was on "The Apprentice" the year they filmed in Los Angeles instead of New York but she was also the first one fired because she wouldn't shut up in the boardroom when Trump was about to fire someone else. So Trump fired her instead.

Use plain language and state what you attempted to. Sea wrap? Hot dog in hallway? The sea wrap sounds like a sailor term as no army man used that BS. Hot dog in hallway? No I doubt the photo is/was from hallway. Trump was on TV and had shows/dressing rooms etc. How damn tough would a setup be?
I say damn easy.
