JK Rowling has recently stated that Dumbledore and Johnny Depp's character were lovers, but that it wouldn't be "explicitly" explored in the forthcoming sequel, "Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald."

The trailer looks pretty good, and I was hoping there wouldn't be any silly mention of the gay aspect to the two characters, but it sure is creeping in. I went to look at the Wikipedia page for the movie today and I noticed this", under the character headings:

Johnny Depp as Gellert Grindelwald: An infamous powerful dark wizard who caused mass violence, terror and chaos around the globe, seeking to lead a new Wizarding Order, with a strong belief in wizarding superiority. He shared a summer long, deep, and mysterious relationship with Albus Dumbledore as a teenager, until tragedy struck.

Jude Law as Albus Dumbledore: An extremely influential and powerful wizard in the British Wizarding Community, known in the British Ministry of Magic and throughout the wider wizarding world for his academic excellence, currently a professor of Transfiguration at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He had a summer long and mysterious relationship with Grindelwald, which ended on a tragic note.

Oh man, the summer of love. Geez, these libs just can't make anything without slipping in their mind-control garbage. With them it's always push, push, push.

Here is how Wikipedia describes it.

In Deathly Hallows, it was revealed that Grindelwald had gone to Godric’s Hollow to investigate the grave of the Peverell brothers (the original owners of the Hallows), but struck up a close friendship with Dumbledore, and the two planned to establish a new world order, where wizards would rule over Muggles “for the greater good”. The phrase later became Grindelwald’s excuse for the atrocities he committed in his reign of terror. They also planned to work together in their quest for the Hallows. Later Rowling claimed at a Q&A session that she implied Dumbledore being once in love with Grindelwald, and thus he has ‘lost his moral compass,’ but she did not say whether those feelings were returned.[12][13]

Not recent. She said it a long time ago.

To which, at the time, I replied to some virtue-signaler who thought Rowling's idiotic virtue-signalling was so courageous: "He the headmaster of an English boarding school. It would be far more shocking if he wasn't a homo."

Jude Law IS handsome in the trailer.

Mugglenet on FB is always on about race and sexuality of the characters so that gays and all races will be represented. I’m usually the one on FB who responds about how often that tiresome topic appears.
