I cannot properly explain my perception of the generation of Germans who served the Third Reich. I met many during my 3 years there 35 years after their defeat, but though they presented as pacified, those older former Nazis could not change their stripes.
IOW, it seems to me, Once a Nazi always a Nazi.
Screw them if they frown upon my opinion.
Probably the greatest burst of evil ever known in this world, but they will be outdone by this latest generation of bloodthirsty Jihadists with their smiling faces, innate treachery, and murderous agenda.

We've done far better than the Nazis....Planned Murderhood has killed over 52,000,000 since 1973....legally.
Kinda surpasses the Holocaust...all due respect to those who were killed by the Nazis.

Ask many a WWII Pacific veteran their opinion of the Japanese. More often than not, you’ll get an upbraiding you’ve not seen or heard before.
