UVA was also the victim of what’s considered the biggest upset in college basketball history, in 1982, against Chaminade.
Something good coming out of Baltimore. Maybe they can use it to turn the atmosphere of Baltimore positive.

Virginia lost the best sixth man in the country to injury right before the tournament. Perhaps they were using this sure win game to try to figure out how they would play without him. Virginia did not look like they had prepared for this game at all.
And my bracket blew up into a million pieces... aaaargh!
I had them in the final.
At least we got the Maui tournament in the fall from that. Nothing but a truckload of shame for UVA will come of this.
But so did most other people so you still have a shot.
Those kind of payouts are insured. Same cost either way.

Las Vegas had them at 20-1 for tonight’s game. There was a report that one online bettor put down $800 on UMBC and got back $16,000!
