Ugly old, flat Fresno. But when the smog clears, we can see the snow topped Mountains. Yosemite is close. Redwoods are close.

Fresno, the seat of the IRS in the West! Access to good fruit and wine and mountains trees. Beats Stockton I understand.
Its a 14 hour drive to the Front Range in CO. It takes sitzfleisch I no longer have for long drives.
