The Q team doesn't like it when they receive praise, but hey, they don't have time to read websites (FR) and besides, they can't stop me!

This thread is a friendly collaborative place for FReepers to analyze information and share opinons. FReepers have a wide variety of reasons for investigating Q Anon content; this is not the appropriate place to criticize or badger those who choose to use some of their time in this manner.

I am a know-nothing is this regard, but could US citizens face military courts in a National Emergency? In POTUS’ Dec.21 EO, I recall the words National Emergency were used.

That's been my supposition. And there could be varied uses of these things - for example, tribunal sits at Gitmo +/- Camp David and receives evidence which can then be used in + by other activities.

Under "hot" conditions, I postulate that all bets are off--the courts wouldn't have the bandwidth to handle all cases in the full glory of precedent and procedural detail. --

The smarter move then would be to delay the civil action until order could be restored. Protect the defendants in jail somewhere.

100 cases, more or less, is the scale of the undertaking. Compare with close to a thousand in Gitmo, I think, at the peak, and hundreds there still; and hundreds of cases a week in the federal court system. I doubt all 100 will demand trial either. The evidence is going to be fairly compelling, otherwise the entire project is a political anchor.

I decided to dig out my laptop and watched and listened. It’s About To Get Real to me is significant. If it was just a regular ad promoting Fox News it would say something like “It’s always real” (lame sounding) but the ad guys could make it sound snappy in some way. But “It’s ABOUT to” is significant to me. Sounds as though they may start doing some real news about corruption and crime, redpilling stuff.
