It baffles me why none of the people running Cali have been arrested yet. I’m no expert in law, but I do believe California is a US state and handing it over to foreign nationals, especially ones who invade the country, is illegal.

All you need to do is wake up Rip Van Sessions and inform him of 8 USC 1324. It has every possible contingency covered, including the death penalty for authorities who allow an illegal alien in the country who commits murder.
