Do not open your eyes.

Even when they are using an open machine do not open your eyes. In fact an eye mask is recommended.

Exactly... keep your eyes closed!

And DO wear the headphones with the piped in music, which yes, you CAN hear, even with the ear plugs in.

Kevin, just relax, it's no big deal, if you follow these instructions.

Is it "comfortable"? NO!

But I've had MRIs and lived to tell the tale.

The one I was I had a mirror to see out. I could watch the techs though the one way glass. It wasn’t bad.
