I did like the area, used to drive either up to OKC or down to Wichita Falls on the weekends, the duty was kind of crappy dealing with all the Privates faking injuries or illness to get out of training LOL. I remember all the DS threating to send them to CCF. My favorite duty station was either Drum (in the summer) or Ft. Lewis. I liked USMA because it was 15 mins from where I grew up in NY. I ETS’d from there.

My fav was Ft Belvoir as a dog handler. Had some other good ones like Germany X 2, the Netherlands, even liked Korea. Did four years as a recruiter. I liked the kids I worked with, but the leadership there was...............different. I did it. Got my gold badge and three sapphire stars, but did not enjoy the experience.
