I’m sad about Layla. She was likeable, and there was of course the cutie Dixie. Same thing about the Goat guy, he did have a lot of cute goats. If he had made the final, the first three rows in the Dolby would be filled with adorable bleating goats. Cleaner than the animals OUTSIDE the Dolby, that is for sure.

Oh I could tell he was singing for his dying grandma and not for the girls in the front row.... riiiight....He had to think fast. The judges were on the cusp of criticizing him. "I'm dedicating this song, that apparently I didn't sing very well, to my sick grandma. She's not doing very well, Ryan!!"
Looks at the girl in the front row and mouths the words "call me!"

They shouldn’t have that Randy commercial on this show. It shows up how bad these judges are. I’d take three Randy’s.We used to laugh at Randy, but underneath all the "yo dogs" and Captain Kangaroo suits he actually told these kids the truth (most of the time).
*sigh* Don't know what we've got til it's gone.

Why are we even having duets? Shouldn’t we be showing some of these people the door already?Yep. I have no proof of this, but I strongly believe their Top 14(?) has already been decided.
So all of these performances are just a pretense--unless someone bombs so badly it can't be covered by an ailing granny story or a cute baby.

how are they going to honestly critique the duets (with a famous partner), especially after the network/record company paid to have their talent featured...not going to happenI wonder if they'll use the same famous partners this week. Two weeks for the price of one. Save some money :)
