Video at link. Anything unidentified can be classified a UFO. I don't think it was Martians.

Just because we concluded that “the Cold War was over”, we had “Peace in our Day”, and that the “End of History” had arrived...
...doesn’t mean Russia, China, and other countries concluded the same thing.

What bothers me most about this is:
Oh my gosh dude! exclaimed the jets weapons systems officer.
Gadzooks and General Jackson-- Is this how our military's finest speak nowadays?

People really think the pilot is serious? Great humorous click bait.
I saw several alien creatures almost at big as dwarf monster horses in my yard yesterday. My dog told me they were deer. Then he went back to barking at the alien flying machines overhead. I told my dog they were Canada geese.

The pilots are having a good time. They know what the object is.

Straight and level flight. Wow, who would have thought something from a bird to a test rocket could be in straight and level flight?

I do believe that we aren’t the only intelligent life in the universe, however we need to discover intelligent life in Washington, DC.
With all the stars and exoplanets found, we can’t be the only one.

Seems like a lot of stuff like this ends up being “unidentified” flying objects when more knowledgeable witnesses might be able to identify such objects as being no big deal. It takes knowledgeable people to keep the not-so knowledgeable people from going into hysterics.

My favorite view is when I’m out with my telescope watching distant star clusters with high magnification lenses & I observe a just as distant ball of light slowly passing through the field of view. It’s hard to call that satellites.

Definitely a bird as you can see it clearly early on. Sounds like they were testing a new system...
Pilot 1: Hey, think we can track a bird?
Pilot 2: nah, no way.
Pilot 1: aw, let’s give it a shot...

Just for fun, I was a maintenance man on the NORAD SAGE computer system, stationed at Malmstrom AFB, MT in 1975. I was present the night this happened:
