It's even worse than what I said before.

We have a Secret prosecutor, appointed by a Secret Court abuser, Rod Rosenstein, who doesn't answer to Congress or the President, who is investigating Secret Court abuses.

This is a yawn, a big one. All talk, hints, but no action. I say write back once something actually happens.

“WTH changed to ..... “CONSIDERING”?”

The economy and Trump’s poll numbers are increasing & so is the pressure on Sessions to do something. He’s worried he may get fired without effecting a ‘saturday night massacre’ and impeachment hearings against Trump.

That’s why he’s ‘considering’ a special counsel & he’s talking ‘tough’ on California. Threatening to take them to court...lol. Smoke and mirrors. The deep-state doesn’t want their best mole to be removed.

In before the Sessions bashers. ////

So?

Ain’t got nothing better to do than to sip Mountain Dew and Cheetos bashing a distinguished and cut-throat man doing his job behind the scenes.////

My, what brilliant commentary!

Why don’t you invest a brain cell or two and give us some rationale, as to why your boy is doing such a great job? And please don’t boor me with crap about secrecy, 4D chess, etc.

Did you even listen to the U-tube? All sessions is saying is that after more than a year, he has a former DOJ employee, looking into the abuse. The “secret prosecutor” crap is sundance spin. Supposedly, if the former employee “finds” something then maybe sessions will accept the recommendation of appointing the special counsel.

If sessions investigations after a year +, haven’t been able to find who out of a handful of suspects leaked the Flynn info then he’s either corrupt or incompetent.

I don’t really have an opinion about Sessions either way yet. My question is:

Where does Priebus figure in all of this?

A “secret” prosecutor, in a DOJ that leaks like a sieve? What a joke!
Please stop lying, to yourself and to others with the Sessions nonsense.

The Sessions sycophants are so delusional that not so long ago, they were busy spreading the “Mueller is working for Trump, it’s 4D chess” theory and anyone who dared to doubt it was vilified. I wonder what new claptrap will be invented to continue to defend useless Sessions.

Well said. Anyone with half a brain would admit this is damning evidence against Sessions, among piles and piles of damages his dereliction of duties and his weakness have caused to Trump’s administration and Trump’s agenda.

That there are still unrepentant Sessions defenders is mystifying. They can’t just be obtuse and delusional, I am beginning to think they are despicable and evil.

Everyone is a deep-state “mole” to those who haven’t a clue about preparing a major organized crime case. It isn’t some slap-dashed filing with rumors, innuendo, and speculation. It requires iron-clad proof to be successful unless publicity is your goal.

In any case the legal work with Illegals is the number one priority since all the criminal/corrupt actions are in the past whereas dealing with Illegalism is about our FUTURE.

Lets go through this one time so we can all be on the same page...

First question to all of the Sessions bashers is do you trust President Trump, his decisions and leadership?

If you answered yes consider these facts:

United States Department of Justice
Style The Honorable (formal)
Mister Attorney General (informal)
Member of Cabinet
Reports to The President
Seat Washington, D.C.
Appointer The President with Senate confirmation

OK, I hope you all see that he works directly to The President of the United States who is the aforementioned Donald J Trump

DJT is his boss, got it so far??

And he is a Cabinet Level Position with responsibility of the Department of Justice

So if HE is not happy with what is going on with Sessions then it is HIS job to bounce him and bring in a replacement. If he does not then by virtue of all of your posts simple logic says that Trump is an idiot as well as he leaves Sessions in his office bumbling along which all of you are whining about.

Did any of you consider that a game is being played with the bad guys, and more than can be revealed at this moment as part of Trumps overall strategy to drain the swamp is underway?

As someone who understands corporate and governmental structure if the Attorney General is such a key appointee and is a floundering moron as you all imply, then what does that say about the president?

He should do his job and ask for his resignation and appoint one of you as the AG since you all seem to know so much about what YOU think He (the President) and HIS appointee Jeff Sessions is up to

Those are the rules and if Trump aint happy he has to act or all the bad guys and girls will just get away and he looks like a fool

Looking forward to comments based on these facts and not some evasive non answer, we are all adults here so let’s respond like one
.
The ball as we say is now firmly in your court

Game on!

I was a huge Sessions fan, following him in the senate. I didn’t understand his recusal.

The whole Swamp thing, Trump campaigned on that! Sessions killed all of it. The RINOS pounced, and dared Trump to fire Sessions and the Leftists cheered. They had their opening. Rubenstein was a lock to run the clock out on Trump and set loose Comey on the outside and Mueller in the inside.

It’s a miracle that Sessions didn’t cost us the presidency. So, now he has a heartbeat? I do not get it. Unless he is staging for the elections, but like you, I think Trump will fire him by November. Half way through his first term changes don’t look so unusual.

So Rubenstein knows it’s time to try and salvage ole Jeff and let him make an announcement or two, dreading the possibility of Trump replacing McGoo, with someone who actually enters the building with teeth in their mouth.

GREAT ! more violations of the Bill of Rights to curtail the current Special Violators working outside the law in The shadow government

I guess you have to be "special" to violate basic civil rights.

I suppose very soon we will also all be required to mail in our ballots and conducting "early voting" to be processed in the shadows of "justice", that way the swamp shadow critters can avoid any more Trump like threats in the future

“First question to all of the Sessions bashers is do you trust President Trump, his decisions and leadership?”

This (bogus) question has been addressed repeatedly, it’s just that Sessions sycophants are playing obtuse.
Trusting Trump doesn’t mean blindingly believing he is faultless, especially in appointments, especially when he has swampers everywhere.
Trump has erred in the appointment of Priebus, Scaramucci, Spicer, even with Bannon and most probably with current FBI’s head Wray too, but magically, he can’t be so with Sessions?

And you said “if Trump is not happy with Sessions”. That’s cheap and bad faith rhetoric. It’s not a hypothetical “if”, it’s an undeniable fact, Trump has said that repeatedly. For you faulting Trump not to fire Sessions (yet) is ridiculous, since you know well it would be hell for him to have the successor approved by the Senate. The fact that Sessions refused to resign after being rebuked multiple times proves, along with his actions against Trump agenda, that he is a swamper.

Besides, while we are at dumb questions, which is which for you? Is Trump honorable or is Trump sneaky and Machiavelical by setting up a make-believe theater with Sessions to distract swampers and let Sessions slash the swamp in secret (according to Sessions sycophants’ goofy narrative)?
Oh lets go on with some random questions that Sessions sycophants willfully ignore :
- Why the DOJ doesn’t want to cooperate with congressional committees, especially when asked to release documents?
- Why Sessions pretend to care about impropriety by recusing himself but let Rosenstein and Mueller free reign while these thugs are full to the neck with conflict of interest ?
- What more evidence about Sessions’ malfeasance do the sycophants need to change their mind, apart from him being fired?

I would sincerely like to hear some reasonable explanations. But I’ve heard so much dishonesty and obfuscations from Sessions’ defenders that I am not holding my breath.

“I was never very hard on him. I had always hoped something was going on that we didn’t know about. Sounds like that turned out to be true”.

Umm, I’m retaining my skepticism till I see tangible results. So far, we’ve seen nothing...

Thanks for that photo. When you think about it and what happened with eastern Europe, that was the biggest collusion ever by an American President.

It figures a lot would have to be secret so as not to tip off other potential witnessess. That doesn’t bother me. I’m worried about which Rosenstein - Mueller crony was chosen to conduct the investigation.

Now, let the trolls begin their attack on our AG. People simply have no concept how slow the wheels of justice turn, but they do turn, sometimes in just ways as in this case, and sometimes in unjust ways as in the 9th circuit.

As I recall, Rip Van Winkle slept 75 years. Well, I do expect some serious action in the 75 days — just in time for mid-term elections.
