above I see some people thinking “SEALS” = “sealed indictments” ... #902 all upper case, #713 mixed case - #713 IMO “Seals” was in context of live op (remember pic below) & definitely meant (NAVY) SEALs ... as for “SEALS” in #902 - could be same or other.
