It does look like the guy is wearing a wig and makeup etc... Doesn’t look normal. I don’t think security would let a weirdo stand a couple of rows behind POTUS. So I think this makes it all the more interesting to consider maybe it is Snowden or a designated weirdo :).

I’ve looked at that video several times now. With the sign Dude - When the switch occurs, it’s like a spliced tape - where Trump repeats what he just said. The crowd is different. I couldn’t find a single person behind Trump that was in both.
Any possibility that someone was doing an experimental hack or something? And that they didn’t get the splice exactly right, hence the rerun?
Anyway - it’s weird.
