If you google frozen sperm, it looks like this was not successful until 1952. That's within the time frame for Merkel to be born by artificial isemination with frozen sperm in 1954, but not collecting and storing Hitler's sperm in 1945 or earlier. Plus Eva Braun's sister, Gretl Braun, the purported birth mother of Merkel, was born in 1915. She would have been 38/39 when she was inseminated and gave birth. Do-able, I guess.

Even if they did it, who knows whose sperm it really was? A test on some of the remains that Russia claimed was Hitler was a woman according to the lab that did the DNA.
