That’s it! He only held it up for a brief time, then looked at his phone as if reading a text or something. Next thing he does is take a picture of the rally. Later in the rally, he was no where to be seen.
I think the wig was a statement about Snowden being in disguise. And the pic was probably of the same variety as the Q drop pic. At least that’s how I read it. Why else hold up a pic of a van while wearing a wig? Crazy stuff.
