Agreed, in the main.
What I believe is important is the discernment to separate the facts from the attempts to use those facts in the service of various agendas.
I think there are parallels between the attempts to invalidate Israeli origins of the Jews and attempts to erase or blur the origins and attributes of Americans. Ex: we have all heard that “Americans have no indigenous culture”; “America is two continents, not a nation”;”America belongs to the world;” “The nation is the United States, not America.”
The playbook is quite limited. The agendas are set in stone.
