We have the following Supreme Court decisions wherein they defined “natural born citizen.” The Venus Merchantman case of 1814, even quoted the entire 212th paragraph from Emerich De Vatell’s “Law of Nations” defining an NBC has having TWO, count them TWO US citizen parents and born on the soil of the country. Minor vs Happersett also defined NBC similarly. Wong Kim Ark vs US would lead one to the same ineluctable conclusion. There have been many lower court cases that have quoted Vatell in the same way when defining NBC.
The authors of the 14th amendment, in debates on the floor of Congress over the adoption of the amendment, also defined NBC in these terms.
There has never been a SCOTUS decision that directly dealt with the meaning of NBC with regard to Article II, Section 1 Clause 5 of the constitution. Many globalist and post modern anti-constitutionalists want the present day obfuscation over this issue to continue, so they can give us more Anti-American usurpers like Obama and Kamala Harris.
