Sad, this guy made bad decision, even
on a bet. But in answer to your question,
slugs should be cooked where the internal
temperature is held at 160 deg for a
minimum of 30 minutes. The next question
one would ask, is where to insert the
thermometer. (a friend relayed this
information).
