One thing just occurred to me if it is true Cameron Burgess was a pilot. He shares that in common with Stephen Paddock and info about him was very hard to find as well. It's very possible Burgess was a whistle blower if he did any piloting for dark forces in our government. Many suspect Paddock as doing the same.
That is a plausible Burgess was looking for safety.

I think there was a report that he wanted to talk to Mattis about having a chip in his head removed, but haven’t heard anything else about it. Not sure we’ll ever know. Q said that the person was an innocent used to demonstrate that they could do such stuff.
